10 minute Chili low carb
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground beef
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 15 ounces Tomato sauce
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the ground beef and all of the spices. When the meat is cooked through, add your salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
