Low Carb Cole Slaw
Ingredients
- 18 ounces Cabbage finely shredded
- 1/2 small Onion minced
- 67 grams Mayonnaise
- 45 grams sour cream
- 40 grams heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 3 packets Stevia Sweet Leaf
- 1 teaspoon Xylitol
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
Instructions
- Combine last 8 ingredients well in a bowl and tast for preference. I usually put the bowl on my kitchen scale and measure aeverything into the bowl so no need for measuring cups to level off or clean out.
- Add finely shredded cabbage and minced onion and mix well.
- With this low carb thing I want to calculate the total carbs for recipes I use frequently.
