Slow Cooker Harvest Pork Stew Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. pork, boneless roast, cut into 3/4
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 1 bag (1 lb.. 4 oz.) refrigerated new potato wedges
  • 2 cups baby cut carrots, cut lengthwise in half
  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 jar ( 12-oz.) home-style pork gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas

Instructions

  1. Toss pork, flour, seasoned salt and garlic pepper in 4 qt. slow cooker until pork is coated.
  2. Stir in potatoes, carrots, onion, gravy and chili sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat. 9 hours.
  4. About 20 minutes before serving stir in frozen sweet peas.
  5. Cover and cook on low until peas are tender
