Low Carb Stuffed Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef (or taco meat)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 onions chopped fine
- 2 lb chopped/shredded cabbage
- 1 28- oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups cauli rice
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup beef broth or consomm
Instructions
- If you are using ground beef, brown the beef, drain, and add to crockpot. If you are using taco meat, you don’t need to pre-cook the meat. Just put it in the crockpot raw. Add everything else, mix well, and cook on low all day, or high for 4-5 hours.
