Low Carb Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef (or taco meat)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 onions chopped fine
  • 2 lb chopped/shredded cabbage
  • 1 28- oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups cauli rice
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup beef broth or consomm

Instructions

  1. If you are using ground beef, brown the beef, drain, and add to crockpot. If you are using taco meat, you don’t need to pre-cook the meat. Just put it in the crockpot raw. Add everything else, mix well, and cook on low all day, or high for 4-5 hours.
