Low Carb Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 each Low carb tortilla Low carb
  • 1/4 cup Cheese Colby Jack
  • 1 each Green onion Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh green chilli Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Chicken Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Avocado chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Lettuce Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Pace Salsa

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Cover the tortilla with the Colby Jack cheese. (I use Mama Lupe or Mission low carb tortillas). Add green onion, fresh green chile and chicken on top of the cheese.
  3. 3. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and the tortilla starts to become slightly crispy.
  4. 4. Remove from the oven, add remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
