Low Carb Chicken Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 1 each Low carb tortilla Low carb
- 1/4 cup Cheese Colby Jack
- 1 each Green onion Diced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh green chilli Diced
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Diced
- 1/4 Cup Avocado chopped
- 1/4 Cup Lettuce Diced
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Pace Salsa
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Cover the tortilla with the Colby Jack cheese. (I use Mama Lupe or Mission low carb tortillas). Add green onion, fresh green chile and chicken on top of the cheese.
- 3. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and the tortilla starts to become slightly crispy.
- 4. Remove from the oven, add remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
