Low Carb Chili
Ingredients
- 1 cup onion diced
- 2 red bell peppers diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 10 ounces Tomato juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon stevioside (4 packets Stevia)
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 teaspoon paprika optional
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese shredded
- Sour cream
- Jalapenos optional for topping
Instructions
- Saute onion and bell peppers in a skillet with about 3 tablespoons of oil until onions are clear. Add beef and remaining ingredients except cheese, sour cream, & jalapenos. Saute until beef is done. Serve hot.
